At DIYSNEAKS, we start crafting your order the moment it is placed! Because all our custom sneakers are uniquely made-to-order, we can only accommodate cancellations or changes within a very strict, limited timeframe to ensure your personalized sneaks are produced on schedule.

Key Reminder: Our on-demand production process means once an order enters production, it cannot be stopped or altered. Please review all details carefully before checkout.

1. The 12-Hour Grace Window

You have exactly 12 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or make modifications to your order. This includes updates to:

  • Shipping addresses or contact information (name, phone number, email).
  • Sneaker sizes (US/EU conversions, half-size adjustments where available).
  • Design variants, print options, color choices, or theme adjustments (Americana, Graff Tags, Cyber Vibes, Retro Grunge, etc.).

How to apply: Email us immediately at support@diysneaks.com with your order number and the exact changes needed in the subject line (e.g., "URGENT: Change Size for Order #1001").

2. Post-12 Hour Window (In Production)

Once the 12-hour window closes, your order automatically moves into our custom production line. At this stage:

  • No Cancellations: We cannot cancel the order or issue a refund, as the item is already being crafted and personalized for you.
  • No Modifications: Sizes, designs, print themes, and addresses cannot be altered. If a package is shipped to an incorrectly provided address after this window, the customer assumes full responsibility.

3. Address Correctness Responsibility

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. If you discover a typo after the 12-hour mark, we will try our best to contact the carrier to redirect the package, but we cannot guarantee success and are not liable for lost packages due to address errors.

💡 Pro Tip: If you need to change your address after the 12-hour window, contact us immediately. We will attempt to update the details with the carrier before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
