Thank you for shopping at DIYSNEAKS! Because every single pair of our custom sneakers and apparel is uniquely crafted to order, our shipping timeline is split into two parts: Production Time and Delivery Time. This on-demand model helps us reduce waste and bring you one-of-a-kind sneaks tailored just for you.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
Since we do not pre-manufacture or store dusty inventory, your items are crafted just for you upon purchase:
- Standard Production: It typically takes 1–2 business days to craft your unique design, set the print with heat treatment, and hand-inspect every detail for quality.
- Peak Seasons & Limited Drops: During high-demand holidays or limited-edition sneaker drop events, production may take up to 3–7 business days.
2. Estimated Delivery Times (United States)
Once your order clears quality inspection and is handed over to our shipping carriers, the estimated transit times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days
*Total Estimated Turnaround: Most US customers receive their custom sneaks within 4–9 total days from the date of purchase (production + transit).
3. International & Western Developed Regions
We currently focus our shipping services on the United States, but also support deliveries to major developed Western regions. Delivery times and costs vary by location and carrier. For orders outside the US:
- Additional customs clearance procedures may apply, which can extend delivery time by 3–7 business days.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their local government.
4. Tracking Your Order
The moment your package is labeled and handed to the carrier, an automatic tracking number will be sent to your registered email or phone within 48 hours.

5. Address Accuracy, Customs & Lost Packages
- US Domestic Orders: No customs duties will apply.
- Address Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct before checkout. DIYSNEAKS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier.
- Lost or Delayed Shipments: If you have any questions or delays regarding your shipment, reach out immediately to our support team.
