All DIYSNEAKS fit 100% true to standard US athletic footwear sizing. For the ultimate comfort, please review our comprehensive sizing chart available on every product details page. If you have a wider foot, high instep, or are shopping for growing kids, we highly recommend sizing UP half a size.
What sizing segments do you currently support?
We are a full-family, all-generation brand. We offer a continuous sizing architecture: Little Kids/Toddler (US 10C - US 3Y), Big Kids/Youth (US 3.5Y - US 7Y), Adult Women (US 5 - US 11), and Adult Men (US 7 - US 13).

Can I cancel my order? What is the cancellation window?
Yes, but you must act fast. Because we reject warehouse stock and print each pair freshly to order, we support a strict 12-hour order cancellation window. You can request a 100% full refund within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, production begins, and cancellations cannot be accepted.
I filled out the wrong shipping address! Can I change it?
Speed is critical. If you spot an error in your shipping details, please contact our support team immediately via email. We can instantly modify your shipping matrix as long as your sneak package has not officially left our dispatch center. Once shipped, address rerouting is outside our control.

How long will it take to get my sneaks?
Every single pair is newly pressed to order to eliminate factory mass waste. Production and strict quality inspection take 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard U.S. tracking takes 3-7 business days to reach your doorstep. Total estimated arrival is 4-9 days max.
How do I find my tracking number and track my package?
The moment your custom kicks drop from our printing press and clear our strict quality inspection, a tracking link is instantly generated. Do you ship worldwide or only to the United States?
We provide insured global tracking across all oceans. While our core market is the United States, we proudly ship our original sneak art worldwide to over 150+ countries. Shipping rates and regional delivery timelines will be dynamically calculated at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping to the United States?
Yes! 100% FREE Standard U.S. Shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a low flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
CATEGORY 4: DEFENSIVE RETURNS & REFUND TIMELINES
Who pays for the return shipping cost?
To protect our pricing and prevent malicious returns, all return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. DIYSNEAKS does not provide free return shipping labels for non-quality returns (such as remorse buys or size errors). Original shipping fees applied at checkout are completely non-refundable.
What is the condition requirement for a valid return?
We enforce a strict 14-day return policy. To qualify for a full refund or size exchange, your sneaks must be 100% unworn, unwashed, and in pristine, brand-new condition with the original designer sneaker box and all complimentary accessories intact. Any signs of outdoor wear will invalidate the return.
How long does it take to process my refund after a return?
Once your returned package arrives back at our hub, our quality inspection team will review and approve it within 48 hours. Upon approval, your refund will be instantly issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your local banking institution to process and reflect the balance in your account.

Will the custom prints fade or crack over time?
Never. We utilize an advanced high-heat industrial pressing technique that infuses original graphics directly into the premium heavy-duty canvas upper. The artwork is scratch-resistant, highly saturated, and built to withstand heavy daily wear.
Can I machine wash my print sneaks?
Yes, our sneaks are engineered for easy maintenance. You can hand wash or machine wash them on a cold, gentle cycle inside a protective laundry bag. Always air dry naturally in the shade; never use a hot mechanical dryer as extreme heat can damage the vulcanized rubber sole.

Can I stack multiple coupon codes on a single order?
No. Our system allows only one valid promotional discount code per transaction. However, you can freely use a store-issued digital gift card along with a promotional discount code on the same checkout page.
